Welcome to the Board of Revision e-Complaint System.

e-Complaint simplifies the process by allowing 2 options for filing a Board of Revision complaint form. You can use e-Complaint to pre-fill your form to print and mail. Or, you may submit a complaint electronically via e-mail, eliminating the need for the Taxpayer to print, sign, notarize and mail a paper complaint. Before filing, please refer to the Board of Revision’s full Rules and Procedures on our website.

e-Complaint Submission Dates

Start Date: Thursday, December 13, 2018
End Date: Monday, April 1, 2019 at 4:30:00 PM EST.

All complaints must be filed with the Board of Revision by this date or bear a United States postmark of 4/1/2019 to be considered a timely filing.

The process consists of the following steps:

1. You may file on up to 3 parcels you own within the same School District on each complaint.
What is my Property Parcel number?

2. Provide Owner/Complainant and contact information.

3.Provide your opinion of Market Value for each property.

4. Additional evidence can only be submitted via e-mail at BORInfo@cuyahogacounty.us or US postal mail;
cannot be uploaded when e-filing complaint

5. Provide sale and improvement information, and if you intend to present the testimony or report of a professional appraiser.

Upon submission, you will receive an e-mailed copy of your complaint. You may verify your submission at our website
within 5 business days.
