e-Complaint Submission Dates
Start Date: Monday, December 23, 2019
End Date: Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at 4:30:00 PM EST.

All complaints must be filed with the Board of Revision by this date or bear a United States postmark of 3/31/2020 to be considered a timely filing.


The process consists of the following steps:

1.If you own multiple parcels, you may provide up to 3 parcels within the same School District on each complaint.

2. Provide Owner/Complainant and contact information.

3.Provide your opinion of Market Value for each property.

4. Additional evidence can only be submitted via e-mail at BORInfo@cuyahogacounty.us or US postal mail;
cannot be uploaded when e-filing complaint


5. Provide sale and improvement information, and if you intend to present the testimony or report of a professional appraiser.


After submission of this e-complaint, you should receive an emailed copy of your complaint. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL OF YOUR COMPLAINT, THE BOARD OF REVISION DID NOT RECEIVE IT EITHER. Call 216-443-7195 for assistance. You may verify your submission on our website within 5 business days.
